- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, sliced for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are well coated in the sauce.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove from the oven and toss the wings in the remaining sauce from the bowl.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, you can broil them for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
- You can adjust the amount of Sriracha to make the wings more or less spicy based on your preference.
