Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Thread chicken, bell pepper, zucchini, and onion onto skewers.
  4. Grill skewers over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Brush with remaining marinade while grilling.
  6. Serve hot with rice or a side salad.
