Ingredients

- 500g chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken, bell pepper, zucchini, and onion onto skewers.
- Grill skewers over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Brush with remaining marinade while grilling.
- Serve hot with rice or a side salad.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use.
- Adjust honey and soy sauce to balance sweetness and saltiness.
- Use a grill pan if an outdoor grill is not available.
