Ingredients

- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss carrots with honey, olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet.
