- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill or oven to 400°F.
- Mix honey and soy sauce in a bowl. Brush over salmon fillets.
- Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill salmon and asparagus for 10-12 minutes, turning once.
- Melt butter in a pan. Add garlic and lemon juice. Cook for 1 minute.
- Drizzle lemon butter sauce over salmon and asparagus before serving.
