  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 8 oz (225g) spaghetti or pasta of choice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking.
  3. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the steak in the skillet and stir to coat. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. If using broccoli, add it to the pasta pot during the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
