- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, and salt.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the honey garlic mixture over the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the sauce for 30 minutes before baking.
- Adjust honey and soy sauce to taste if you prefer sweeter or saltier salmon.
- Broil for the last 2 minutes for a caramelized top.
