  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the potatoes into wedges and toss them with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange the potato wedges on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. While the potatoes bake, mix honey, garlic, and soy sauce in a bowl.
  5. Place the salmon fillets on a separate baking sheet and brush them with the honey garlic mixture.
  6. After 20 minutes, flip the potato wedges and sprinkle them with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Place the salmon in the oven and bake everything for another 15 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and garnish with parsley if desired.
