- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 3 tbsp honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss asparagus with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
- Roast asparagus for 12-15 minutes until tender.
- In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and cook for another 1-2 minutes until glazed.
- Serve shrimp with roasted asparagus.

- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spiciness.
