Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss asparagus with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast asparagus for 12-15 minutes until tender.
  4. In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side.
  6. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and cook for another 1-2 minutes until glazed.
  7. Serve shrimp with roasted asparagus.
