Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
