- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the sourdough starter, cheddar cheese, and butter until combined.
- Add the flour, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough out on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut into small squares and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
