Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Wash and peel the russet potatoes. Cut them into even-sized sticks or wedges, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
