- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Dredge chicken in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry chicken nuggets until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
