Ingredients

- 500g boneless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced onions
- 1/4 cup yogurt sauce
Instructions
- Mix chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, black pepper, and salt.
- Marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers and grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Slice the cooked chicken thinly.
- Warm the pita breads.
- Fill each pita with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and yogurt sauce.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For best results, marinate overnight.
- Use a vertical rotisserie or grill pan if skewers are unavailable.
