Ingredients

  • 500g boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced onions
  • 1/4 cup yogurt sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Thread the chicken onto skewers and grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. Slice the cooked chicken thinly.
  5. Warm the pita breads.
  6. Fill each pita with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and yogurt sauce.
  7. Serve immediately.
