Ingredients

- 2 cups of Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 cup of carrots, sliced
- 1 cup of green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, carrots, and green beans.
- Add olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper to the vegetables.
- Toss the mixture until the vegetables are well coated.
- Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until tender.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
