Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers; cook until softened.
- Stir in diced potatoes, tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
