Instructions
- Grill chicken breast until fully cooked and slice.
- Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
- Rinse and drain chickpeas.
- Prepare hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half.
- Mix Greek yogurt with herbs for a dip.
- Pack mixed nuts in a container.
- Cut cheese into cubes.
- Serve hummus with veggies or pita bread.
