- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread on a baking sheet.
- Roast asparagus for 12-15 minutes until crispy.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic, rosemary, and thyme, cook for 1 minute.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet for 6-7 minutes per side.
- Serve chicken with roasted asparagus.
