  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pat turkey breast dry with paper towels.
  3. Mix olive oil, rosemary, thyme, sage, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Rub herb mixture evenly over turkey breast.
