- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pat turkey breast dry with paper towels.
- Mix olive oil, rosemary, thyme, sage, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Rub herb mixture evenly over turkey breast.
- Place turkey breast on a roasting rack in a baking dish.
- Roast uncovered for 60-75 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove from oven, let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
