- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and vanilla extract.
- Mix well until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
