Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), egg, and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball slightly with your hand.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Let cool before serving.
