- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, chopped rhubarb, honey (or maple syrup), cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the fruit mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, almond flour, melted coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the fruit layer in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.
