- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp and stir well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
