- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Add Greek yogurt and gently fold in.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir and top with mixed berries.
