Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
  5. Pour the orange sauce over the chicken and stir to coat.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.
