- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup. Stir until well mixed.
- Layer the yogurt mixture at the bottom of a glass or bowl.
- Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
- Sprinkle granola over the berries.
- Top with banana slices and drizzle almond butter on top.
