Ingredients

- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add shredded cabbage and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- Pour in soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Mix well.
- Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Optional: Sprinkle with red pepper flakes for heat.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.

- Use low-sodium soy sauce to control saltiness.
- Replace ground beef with ground turkey for a lighter option.
