- 1 large whole wheat tortilla
- 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt or low-fat dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Lay the whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread the Greek yogurt or dressing evenly over the tortilla.
- Layer the shredded chicken, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, and avocado in the center of the tortilla.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap.
