Ingredients

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Add the eggs and mix well.
- In another bowl, mix together baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and flour.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.

- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- You can add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
