Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Rinse the lentils and set aside.

  4. Add the lentils and vegetable broth; bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes until lentils are tender.
  6. Add spinach and cook for another 5 minutes.
