Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the potatoes.
  2. Soak the grated potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes.
  3. Drain and pat the potatoes dry with a towel.
  4. In a bowl, mix the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Spread the mixture in the air fryer basket in an even layer.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  8. Check for desired crispiness and serve hot.
