Crispy and delicious hashbrowns made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 large potatoes, grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Peel and grate the potatoes.
- Soak the grated potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and pat the potatoes dry with a towel.
- In a bowl, mix the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the mixture in the air fryer basket in an even layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Check for desired crispiness and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, do not overcrowd the basket.
- Feel free to add onions or cheese for flavor.
