Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix frozen hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, diced onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  4. Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
