Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
