Description
Juicy and flavorful hamburgers made easily in the air fryer. Perfectly cooked with a crispy exterior and tender inside.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- Toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, ketchup, mustard, etc.
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into four equal patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch.
- Cook the hamburgers for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach your desired level of doneness (internal temperature should be 160°F for medium).
- If adding cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Remove the patties from the air fryer and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
- Toast hamburger buns in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes if desired.
- Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the patties and your air fryer model.
- For added flavor, consider mixing in Worcestershire sauce or your favorite spices into the beef mixture.
