- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) green beans, drained
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crispy fried onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, half of the cheddar cheese, and salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and crispy fried onions on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
