Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) green beans, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crispy fried onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, half of the cheddar cheese, and salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and crispy fried onions on top.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
