Quick and easy ground turkey tacos that are perfect for a weeknight dinner. Packed with flavor and ready in 30 minutes!

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 taco shells
- Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Warm taco shells according to package instructions.
- To serve, fill each taco shell with the turkey mixture and top with your favorite toppings.
