Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add ground turkey, cook until browned.
- Stir in bell pepper, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add diced tomatoes, black beans, and corn.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
