- 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked brown rice or quinoa for serving
- Green onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger; cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in mixed bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5-6 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over cooked brown rice or quinoa, garnished with green onions.
