  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked brown rice or quinoa for serving
  • Green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and ginger; cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in mixed bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5-6 minutes.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve over cooked brown rice or quinoa, garnished with green onions.
