A simple and delicious ground turkey crockpot recipe for a healthy meal.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 can black beans (15 oz, drained and rinsed)
- 1 cup corn (frozen or canned)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the browned turkey to the crockpot.
- Add diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust spices to your preference.
- Serve with rice or tortillas if desired.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
