- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
- Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Add diced tomatoes, black beans, and corn. Mix and cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve the turkey mixture over cooked brown rice.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro.

- Adjust spices according to your taste.
- Use quinoa instead of brown rice for a different texture.
