Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup diced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic; sauté until soft.
- Add bell peppers and cook for another 2 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Form mixture into patties.
- Cook patties in the skillet for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Serve hot.

- Try adding different spices for variation.
- Serve with a side salad.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
