  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat.

  4. Push ingredients to the side, melt butter in the skillet.
  5. Whisk in flour, then gradually add beef broth.
  6. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard.
  7. Simmer until thickened, then remove from heat.
  8. Fold in sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
