Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 10 spring roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add cabbage, carrot, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir until vegetables are tender.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool.
- Place 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture on a spring roll wrapper.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly. Seal the edge with water.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the spring rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- Serve with dipping sauce.
- Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can be baked instead of fried for a healthier option.
