Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 carrot, grated

  • 10 spring roll wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add cabbage, carrot, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir until vegetables are tender.
  3. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool.
  4. Place 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture on a spring roll wrapper.
  5. Fold in the sides and roll tightly. Seal the edge with water.
  6. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  8. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
