Mini burgers inspired by White Castle sliders.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 12 slider buns
- 12 slices of cheese
- Pickles (optional)
- Ketchup (optional)
- Mustard (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Form the mixture into 12 small patties.
- Cook patties for 2-3 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Add cheese slices on top of patties during the last minute of cooking.
- Toast slider buns on the grill or skillet until golden.
- Assemble sliders with patties, pickles, ketchup, and mustard as desired.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with fries or onion rings for a complete meal.
