- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 6 slices of cheese (optional)
- Butter for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Cook the patties on a grill or skillet until browned.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Place the cooked patties on the rolls and add cheese if desired.
- Cover with the top halves of the rolls.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the rolls are golden.
