Description
Delicious ground beef sliders served on soft Hawaiian rolls.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
- Mix in ketchup and mustard.
- Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
- Place the beef mixture on the bottom half of the rolls.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Cover with the top half of the rolls.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until cheese melts.
Notes
- Serve with pickles or onion for added flavor.
- Adjust seasonings to your taste.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge before baking.
