Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
  5. Mix in ketchup and mustard.
  6. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
  7. Place the beef mixture on the bottom half of the rolls.
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  9. Cover with the top half of the rolls.
