- cheese slices (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Add cheese slices on top of patties during the last minute of cooking, if desired.
- Toast slider buns on the grill or skillet.
- Assemble sliders with patties and your choice of condiments.
