- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and milk.
- Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and browned on the outside.
- Serve with your favorite sauce or on a sub roll for meatball sandwiches.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can mix in some red pepper flakes.
