- 2 cups spinach
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in bell peppers, cooking for another 3 minutes.
- Add diced tomatoes, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
- Serve hot.
