  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and bell pepper, cook until soft.
  4. Stir in kidney beans, diced tomatoes, corn, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
