- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups cooked pasta
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown ground beef and onion over medium heat.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in cooked pasta until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
